Loft-type urban condos designed by local architect Ron Vrilakas includes seven loft units and three live/work units. The units and garages form an internal auto courtyard with additional visitor parking shaded by a large native oak tree. The extensive use of vines on walls and trellises help soften what would otherwise be a hard urban feel.
